5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Due to the instant digital delivery nature of this service:

• All sales are final once a letter has been generated and delivered
• Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if a letter was not delivered due to a technical error

6. Intellectual Property

The generated letters are provided for your personal use. You may print, share with your attorney, and submit them to the appropriate court or agency. You may not resell or commercially distribute letters generated by this Service.
